Our client was traveling southbound on Century Drive near Sunriver, Oregon, when another driver attempted an illegal U-turn from the shoulder directly into his path. Despite braking hard, our client was unable to avoid a collision. The impact totaled his vehicle and caused significant injuries.

While the emergency room noted a fractured patella and shoulder strain, more critical injuries—including a C7 cervical vertebra fracture, severe disc damage, and spinal cord compression—went undetected until days later.
